Service Cancellation Policy:

To confirm your appointment, we require your credit card information.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

If a cancellation is received after closing time the day before your scheduled appointment,

an automatic charge will be applied.

For no-shows or same-day cancellations, a fee amounting to 50% of the service cost will be incurred.

Online deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the late cancellation or no-show fee of 50%.

Vouchers or gift certificates will be fully redeemed based on the cost of the missed appointment.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Timely notice is greatly appreciated, as our therapists operate by appointment.

Prior to Your Appointment:

We kindly request that you arrive 20 minutes early to complete waivers and utilize the restroom facilities.

Your session will commence 5 minutes before your float to ensure you have privacy for showering.

Please plan your visit in advance; for complimentary parking, use Waze to navigate to

140 W. Wilson Ave, Norfolk, VA 23510 (a one-way street).

Additional 2 hour parking is available in front of the building on West. Virginia Boulevard.

We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing perfumes or lotions that could affect your massage experience.

Fresh Hair Color? To avoid penalty charges, please wait three weeks after coloring your hair before your float session. New dye can damage our pods, and we appreciate your understanding if rescheduling is necessary. Thank you!
